The Communications National Authority (ANACOM) has, among its attributions, the promotion of communications market competition and development, its regulation and supervision and the radio spectrum management, being able to promote the public consultation and interest manifestation processes whenever they consider them important for its work execution.
In this manner, ANACOM determinated to launch a public consultation destined to obtain commentaries on the adjournment request, recently presented by Radiomóvel operator, of the stated period for the beginning of the commercial offer for Mobile Service with Shared Resources (SMRP) through CDMA technology.
The consultation results must assist the analysis to carry through by ANACOM.
This consultation is opened to the permitted, authorized and registered entities for the providing of public use telecommunications service, sector-based associations, consumers organizations and to all those which, directly or indirectly, show interest in mobile services with shared resources offer.
ANACOM will publish the received answers, whose text does not tie the regulator to the adoption of any contained solutions.
