Issuance of title to Onitelecom for operation of BWA systems

By determination of 16 September, 2010, ANACOM decided to issue a title that embodies the rights to use frequencies assigned to Onitelecom - Infocomunicações, S.A. for the operation of systems for broadband wireless access (BWA).

Following determination of 30 July, 2010, the report of the preliminary hearing to which the draft title was submitted, was also approved.
