The annual questionnaires for operators and providers working in the electronic communication and postal services sectors are now available on ANACOM’s website. The aim of these questionnaires is to compile qualitative information about these organizations.
All network operators and providers of electronic communication services have been asked to complete the questionnaires as set out in paragraph 1 of article 108 of Law no. 5/2004 of 10 February, and providers of competitive market postal services as set out in clause j) of paragraph 1 of article 18 of Decree-Law no. 150/2001 of 7 May, as amended by Decree-Law no. 116/2003 of 12th June.
Model A of both questionnaires are for companies that answered the 2005 questionnaire, while Model B is for new entrants with declarations of general authorization issued during 2005. All questionnaires are available in English.
Completed questionnaires should be returned to ANACOM within 15 working days of receipt by the relevant operator or provider. They can be returned by post or by email to dee.stats@anacom.pt.
