By determination of 21 April 2006, ANACOM has approved the determination on the alterations to be introduced by PT Comunicações (PTC) in the reference interconnection offer to be in force throughout 2006 (RIO 2006).
It is thus determined that (PTC) amends the RIO 2006, within a 10-day deadline, introducing therein a set of alterations which concern, namely, ceiling prices for call termination and origination services, for invoicing, collection and bad debt liability services, as well as for pre-selection activation and porting per individual number, which are in force as from 1 January 2006.
This determination integrates the report of the prior hearing of interested parties on the corresponding draft decision, approved by determination of 23 December 2005, which comprises the present view of this Authority on issues raised and well as a summary of replies received from the following entities: (PTC), Onitelecom, Sonaecom, TELE2, Vodafone Portugal, SGC, COLT and APRITEL.
