PT Comunicações has published the Public Pay Phone Development Strategy Statement for 2006 on its website. The publication of this document is in line with ANACOM's decision on the public pay phone service of 15 July 2004, approved under the terms of article 90 of the Electronic Communications Law (Law n.º 5/2004, of 10 February).
