Establishment of the amount of regulatory costs arising from the activity of electronic communications networks and services provider

By determination of 30 July 2010, ANACOM adopted, under paragraph 1 of Annex II to Administrative Rule no. 1473-B/2008, of 17 December, and for the purposes of paragraph 1 b) of article 105 of the Electronic Communications Law, the following measures:

• Approval of the manner of establishing regulatory costs arising from the activity of electronic communications networks and services provider, as regards fees to be settled in 2010, which amount to 31 526 163 Euro.
   
• Approval of the immediate launching of an audit to electronic communications networks and services providers who in 2009 presented relevant revenues and variations of higher values (in regards to those of 2008).
