By determination of 7 September 2006, ANACOM approved the decision on the leased lines reference offer (LLRO), imposing on PT Comunicações (PTC) the obligation to alter the leased lines reference offer (LLRO) within a 10-working-day deadline.
The alterations under consideration establish that PTC must inform the concerned operator or service provider, 30 days in advance, of any interruption or suspension of services for failure to pay engaged services; it must also undertake to pay compensation for non compliance, provided that the operator or service provider has supplied it with the service forecast plans, regardless of whether or not the payments of services provided to the operator or service provider in the scope of the LLRO are delayed or at fault; it must also take into account a set of ceiling prices.
This decision integrates the report of the prior hearing of interested parties on the corresponding draft decision, approved by determination of 26 May 2006, which comprises contributions received from Vodafone Portugal, Oni Telecom, PTC and Sonaecom.
