Interested partied are invited to state their position on the concentration operation arising from the outright acquisition of Portugal Telecom, SGPS, S.A. and PT Multimédia, SGPS, S.A. by Sonaecom, SGPS, S.A. The decision to issue this invitation was approved today, 29 September 2006, by determination of ANACOM’s Board of Directors. It is seen as essential that all interested partied are consulted before this Authority issues a final opinion on the operation.
Interested parties have until 11 October to present their comments to ANACOM in writing.
