The directors of ANACOM - Autoridade Nacional de Comunicações have approved, at a meeting of the Board on Thursday, the opinion on the draft decision of the Competition Authority, Autoridade da Concorrência, on the concentration operation involving PT and Sonaecom.
The opinion, issued under the provisions of Article 39 of the Competition Law (Law 18/2003, of 11 June), was sent to the Competition Authority this morning*.
