ANACOM has announced its presence at the International Fair of Communication and Information Technologies - Salão Internacional das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (SITIC), being held in Lisbon at Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL), 2 - 5 November.
Participating within the Administrative Modernization Co-ordination Unit - Unidade de Coordenação da Modernização Administrativa (UCMA), ANACOM will be exhibiting its “Tariff Monitor” project. ANACOM will be exhibiting in the “Citizens” area of UCMA’s space, which also contains a “Companies” and “Governance” area.
The Tariff Monitor was developed by ANACOM in conjunction with the three mobile operators and has been available to the public since last July. The Tariff Monitor is a free, interactive tool that can be used to consult and compare the various tariffs for mobile telephone services currently on offer nationally to individual consumers for voice calls and text and multimedia messages.
This is the first edition of SITIC, which is being organised by the Portuguese Industrial Association - Associação Industrial Portuguesa (AIP) and FIL. The fair aims to be the epicentre of the ICT sector, bringing together key players and opinion makers.
