The study ''Privatisation, Liberalisation and the Portuguese Telecommunications Sector: a Social Cost-benefit Analysis'', authored by Professors Maria de Lurdes Martins and Natália Maria Monteiro, of Universidade do Minho, was presented yesterday at the third in the series of ''ANACOM seminars'', which took place at the SANA Malhoa Hotel, in Lisbon at 5.30pm.
