Interconnection - Dispute between Radiomovel and PT Comunicações, Sonaecom, TMN and Vodafone (draft decision)

By determination of 14 May 2010, ANACOM approved a draft decision on the application for intervention lodged by Radiomovel, pursuant to article 10 of Law no. 5/2004, of 10 February (Law of Electronic Communications), for access or interconnection of its shared resources mobile service network with those held by PT Comunicações (PTC), Sonaecom, TMN and Vodafone Portugal.

This draft decision has been submitted to the prior hearing of interested parties, under articles 100 and 101 of the Administrative Procedure Code, for a period of 10 working days.
