Declaration issued to Porto Digital, S.A. for the provision of a public electronic communications network

By order of 10 November 2009, and under the terms of the Law of Electronic Communications (Law No. 5/2004 of 10 February), a declaration has been issued to the company Porto Digital - Operador Neutro de Telecomunicações, S.A. authorising provision of a public electronic communications network.
