Quality of service indicators and complaints system of CTT - 2008

By determination of 18 February 2010, ANACOM decided to hear CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A. (CTT) by means of a prior hearing procedure for a period of 10 days on the report to be issued by this Authority regarding the outcome of the review carried out by KPMG & Associados - SROC, S.A. with respect to the levels of quality of service provided by CTT in the 2008 financial year, for the purposes of publication on the website of ANACOM and in the Official Journal (Diário da República).
The hearing of CTT includes the determinations and recommendations to be issued by ANACOM, in order to improve the system for monitoring indicators of quality of service and the complaints handling system.
