Subscription contract of Cabovisão for the provision of electronic communication services

By order of 30 December 2009, approval is given to the subscription contract of Cabovisão - Televisão por Cabo, S.A. for the provision of electronic communication services, including: i) distribution of television programmes; ii) Internet access service; and iii) telephone service.
