- Final Acts of the Additional Plenipotentiary Conference, Geneva, 1992 (APP-92) – At this Conference, the new Constitution and Convention of the ITU were approved, being subsequently ratified by the Resolution of the Assembly of the Republic no. 10-A/95 of 21 February.
- Final Acts of the Additional Plenipotentiary Conference, Kyoto, 1994 (PP-94) - At this Conference, some amendments were made to the Constitution and Convention of the ITU, ratified by the Decree no. 35/97 of 18 July.
- Final Acts of the Additional Plenipotentiary Conference, Minneapolis, 1998 (PP-98) - At this Conference, some amendments were made to the Constitution and Convention of the ITU. These Final Acts were ratified by the Presidential Decree no. 25/2004, of 4 May 2004, previously approved, for ratification, by the Parliament Resolution no. 36/2004, also of 4 May 2004.
